Our first year working with Sebastian, this geisha is incredibly aromatic and memorable and we cannot wait to continue working with El Placer for years to come. This is an extra-light roast variant of White Honey which is recommended for experienced brewers willing to wait up to fourty-five days post roast for best results. It sacrifices sweetness and juiciness for clarity. This is a limited batch for those who prefer ultralight roast qualities.
