The final cup is incredibly sweet, intense, and reminiscent of black currant and sweet citrus. It is the nutrient-dense soil in this area paired with the immaculate processing method used at this factory that makes this coffee consistently high-performing year after year. This is an extra-light roast variant of Karimikui which is recommended to experienced brewers willing to wait up to forty-five days post roast for best results. While we recommend our light roast for most, this is a limited batch for those who prefer ultralight roast qualities.
